With our bespoke job Promotion Strategy Coaching we are going to help you plan the steps to success. Our Promotion Coaching starts before you are anywhere near the interview date, preferably a year out or more from the job promotion interview is ideal, so you have time to implement the steps in the strategy. The coaching takes place over 5 sessions. Coaching Programme Outline Session 1 We will assess where you are currently at, against the role you are seeking to get promoted to. Session 2 We will provide the strategy needed and agree milestones to achieve the steps require with you. We have a coaching application system that maps out the goals and timelines for you to access wherever you are, to keep you motivated and focused. Session 3 At the mid milestone point we will see where you are at and anything that needs addressing. Session 4 At the final milestone point we will discuss interview strategy Session 5 A mock interview a few days out from the actual interview The timing of these sessions is flexible depending on your timeline and how far out you have chosen to start the strategy before the promotion interview. |
Course Duration
The Promotion Coaching Course is structured into 5 sessions, as detailed in the coaching programme outline. The total coaching hours is 5.5 hours split into 5 separate sessions and timed according to the bespoke strategy and the timing of your promotion interview. Format of the Coaching The coaching is conducted 1:1 face to face on Zoom or similar video conference software of your choice. Cost and How To Book The cost for the entire coaching is €750 including a total of 5.5 hours. Book the first session using the online booking system and the rest of the sessions can be booked according to your timing at a later date. Testimonials
